Easy Creamed Spinach
This easy creamed spinach is made with frozen spinach covered in a delicious garlic and parmesan cream sauce for a delicious side dish the whole family will love.

- 20 Oz Frozen Spinach- thawed and drained very well
- 2 Tbs Butter
- 1 Small Onion, chopped
- 4 Cloves Garlic, chopped
- 4 Oz Cream Cheese, room temperature
- 1 Cup Heavy Cream, room temperature
- 1 C Parmesan Cheese
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1 Tbs Garlic Powder
Melt the butter in a large pan and sauté the chopped onion. Once the onion is soft, add the chopped garlic and cook them together for another minute.
Add in the spinach and season it with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Stir the spinach into the butter, onions and garlic and sauté for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir in the softened cream cheese until its melted into the spinach.
Stir in the heavy cream and parmesan cheese.
Taste and re-season the spinach if needed. Serve warm and enjoy!
