Roll out the pizza dough with a rolling pin
Then add a slightly overlapping layer of provolone cheese and ham.
Next, add the salami and pepperoni slices followed by another layer of provolone cheese.
After that, jelly roll the dough horizontally.
Now pinch the ends closed and tuck them under the dough.
Then place the the dough seem side down onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
Next, make an egg wash by beating together one egg and the water. Now brush the top with a thin layer of the egg wash.
Now using a sharp knife, make about 5 evenly spread out slits down the top of the bread for ventilation.
Then sprinkle the top with garlic powder, Italian seasoning and Parmesan cheese.
After that, place it in a 400° oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the dough is golden brown and cooked all the way through.
Finally, let it cool for about 15 minutes, slice into about 1 inch pieces and serve with warm marinara sauce on the side if you’d like. Enjoy!
