Ingredients
  

  • 1 Large Pizza dough or any kind of pizza dough
  • 1 Tbs Flour
  • 6-8 Slices Deli Ham
  • 6-8 Slices Deli Salami
  • 12 Slices Provolone Cheese
  • 6-8 Slices Deli Pepperoni
  • 1 Tbs Italian Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 Tbs Water
  • 2-4 Tbs Parmesan cheese, grated

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees
  • Roll out the pizza dough with a rolling pin on a slightly floured surface
  • Add a slightly overlapping layer of provolone cheese and ham. Add the salami and pepperoni slices followed by another layer of provolone cheese.
  • After that, jelly roll the dough horizontally. Now pinch the ends closed and tuck them under the dough. Then place the the dough seem side down onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
  • Make an egg wash by beating together one egg and the water and brush the top with a thin layer
  • Using a sharp knife, make about 5 evenly spread out slits down the top of the bread for ventilation. Then sprinkle the top with garlic powder, Italian seasoning and Parmesan cheese.
  • Place it into the center rack of the oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the dough is golden brown and cooked all the way through.
  • Let it cool for about 15 minutes, slice into about 1 inch pieces and serve. Enjoy!
