Egg Roll in a Bowl is made with ground pork, cabbage, garlic, ginger, and soy sauce, all sautéed together in one pan for a quick, easy dinner that delivers all the classic egg roll flavor without the hassle.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add the ground pork and onion and cook until the pork is browned and the onion begins to soften. Stir in the garlic, salt, pepper, and garlic powder and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add the coleslaw mix and stir everything together. Let it sauté for a couple of minutes so the cabbage begins to soften. Pour in the soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, sugar, and ginger.
Stir well and cook for another 1–2 minutes or until everything is combined and heated through. Remove from heat and garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
