Equipment

  • Large Skillet

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbs Olive Oil
  • 1 Pound Ground Pork
  • ½ Small Onion, diced
  • 14 Oz Bag Coleslaw Mix
  • 3 Cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, grated
  • ¼ Cup Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tbs Sesame Oil
  • 1 Tbs Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 1 Tbs Sugar
  • 2 Tbs Green Onions
  • 1 Tbs Sesame Seeds
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder

Instructions

  • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add the ground pork and onion and cook until the pork is browned and the onion begins to soften. Stir in the garlic, salt, pepper, and garlic powder and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Add the coleslaw mix and stir everything together. Let it sauté for a couple of minutes so the cabbage begins to soften. Pour in the soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, sugar, and ginger.
  • Stir well and cook for another 1–2 minutes or until everything is combined and heated through. Remove from heat and garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
