Eggnog Poke Cake
Eggnog poke cake is a super easy to make and festive dessert made by poking holes into baked spice cake mix and topping it with eggnog pudding, cool whip and cinnamon.

- 1 box Spice Cake Mix (plus the ingredients to make it)
- 3.5 oz Instant Vanilla Pudding
- 1 ½ cups Eggnog
- 8 oz Cool Whip
- 2 tbs Ground Cinnamon
Make the spice cake mix according to the directions on the package and let it cool and using the back of a wooden spoon, poke holes into the cake about an inch and a half apart.
In a medium sized bowl, beat the eggnog and vanilla instant pudding together until it begins to thicken.
Pour the mixture over the cake and spread it into the holes.
Add the cool whip and carefully spread it on top of the cake.
Sprinkle the top with some ground cinnamon and place it into the fridge for at least an hour so the pudding can set.
Finally, serve cold and enjoy!
