First, spread your whipped cream cheese onto a wooden cutting board or serving tray.
Then take small pieces of the lox and place them randomly spread out over the cream cheese. Then do the same with the sliced red onion, capers and diced tomatoes.
After that, sprinkle the bacon bits and everything but the bagel seasoning on top.
Next I garnished with some small pickles just because I had them. This is totally optional. Finally, drizzle the top with a little olive oil. I like Grazas finishing olive oil but use whatever you’d like.
Lastly, serve this along side some bagel chips or fresh sliced bagels and enjoy!
