Fiesta Ranch Dip
Fiesta ranch dip is made with sour cream, a dry rack packet, corn, black beans, shredded cheese and just a couple other simple ingredients for a delicious, crowd pleasing appetizer.
Ingredients
- 16 oz Sour Cream
- 1 oz Dry Ranch Packet
- 11 oz Mexican Style Corn, drained
- 15 oz Black Beans, rinsed and drained
- 10 oz Rotel, drained
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, hand shredded
- Chives for garnish, optional
- Tortila chips
Instructions
- First, in a large bowl, add the sour cream, ranch packet, corn, black beans, Rotel and cheddar cheese.
- Now, stir everything together until it’s evenly combined.
- Then, cover the bowl and place it in the fridge for at least one hour for the flavors to blend.
- Next, stir the dip together one last time and add it to a serving bowl.
- Now, garnish the top with fresh chives and serve with tortilla chips. Enjoy!
