Fish Filet Sliders
Fish filet sliders are a super delicious and easy to make recipe using breaded cod filets, American cheese and homemade tartar sauce in between toasted Hawaiian rolls.

- 1 Package Kings Hawaiian Pre Sliced Slider Buns
- 14.6 Oz Box Gorton’s Crunchy Panko Breadcrumbs Cod Filets, cooked according to the directions on the package
- 6-9 Slices American Cheese
- ½ Cup Tartar Sauce (store bought or homemade) Add more sauce if you'd like
- 3 Tbs Melted Butter
- 1 Tbs Old Bay Seasoning
Preheat the oven to 375°
Separate the pre sliced slider buns and place them onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
Add a layer of American cheese slices down on the bottom buns.
In a small bowl, stir together the Old Bay Seasoning and melted butter. Brush the melted butter onto the top half of the rolls.
Place them into the center rack of the oven for about 5-7 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the buns are lightly toasted.
Add the fish filets on top of the bottom part of the rolls with the American cheese.
Spread the tartar sauce evenly on top of the fish filets and place the top of the rolls on top. Add as much or as little as you'd like.
Using a sharp knife, cut to separate them. Serve warm and enjoy!!
