Fish filet sliders are a super delicious and easy to make recipe using breaded cod filets, American cheese and homemade tartar sauce in between toasted Hawaiian rolls.
Separate the pre sliced slider buns and place them onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Add a layer of American cheese slices down on the bottom buns.
In a small bowl, stir together the Old Bay Seasoning and melted butter. Brush it onto the top half of the rolls.
Place them into the center rack of the oven for about 5-7 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the buns are lightly toasted.
Add the fish filets on top of the bottom part of the rolls with the American cheese.
Spread the tartar sauce on evenly and add the top of the buns back on. (Add as much or as little tartar sauce as you'd like).
Using a sharp knife, cut to separate them. Serve warm and enjoy!!
