Fish Filet Sliders Recipe

Fish filet sliders are a super delicious and easy to make recipe using breaded cod filets, American cheese and homemade tartar sauce in between toasted Hawaiian rolls.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Package Kings Hawaiian Pre Sliced Slider Buns
  • 14.6 Oz Box Gorton’s Crunchy Panko Breadcrumbs Cod Filets, cooked according to the directions on the package
  • 6-9 Slices American Cheese
  • ½ Cup Tartar Sauce
  • 3 Tbs Melted Butter
  • 1 Tbs Old Bay Seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°
  • Separate the pre sliced slider buns and place them onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Add a layer of American cheese slices down on the bottom buns.
  • In a small bowl, stir together the Old Bay Seasoning and melted butter. Brush it onto the top half of the rolls.
  • Place them into the center rack of the oven for about 5-7 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the buns are lightly toasted.
  • Add the fish filets on top of the bottom part of the rolls with the American cheese.
  • Spread the tartar sauce on evenly and add the top of the buns back on. (Add as much or as little tartar sauce as you'd like).
  • Using a sharp knife, cut to separate them. Serve warm and enjoy!!
