Fried Chicken Tacos
These easy to make chicken tacos are made with shredded rotisserie chicken, salsa, cheddar cheese and taco seasoning then filled into flour tortillas and fried until golden brown and crispy.

- 6-8 small Flour Tortillas
- 1 Rotisserie Chicken, cooked and shredded
- ½ cup Salsa
- 1 oz Taco Seasoning
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, hand shredded
- Vegetable Oil
- Sour Cream and Salsa Verde for ganrish/dipping
In a large bowl, add the shredded chicken, salsa, taco seasoning, and shredded cheddar cheese. Stir everything together until it’s evenly combined.
Divide the filling into the tortillas and firmly fold them in half.
Heat enough oil in large lipped frying pan (that will cover the bottom up to one inch high) over medium high heat
Once the oil is hot, carefully add the tacos, in batches, and fry them for about 1-2 minutes on eah side or until they’re golden brown and crispy on both sides.
Let them drain on either a wire rack or paper towels
Garnish/ serve with sour cream and salsa verde. Serve warm and enjoy!
