Frozen mixed vegetable casserole is made with mixed vegetables baked in a creamy, cheesy sauce and topped with seasoned breadcrumbs for a delicious, crowd pleasing side dish.
In a large bowl, add the vegetables, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese and season it with salt, pepper and garlic powder and mix everything together until it’s evenly combined.
Add the vegetable mixture to a 9 x 13” baking dish that’s been sprayed with cooking spray and spread it out until it’s smooth and even.
In a small bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs and butter and sprinkle the mixture over the vegetables.
Place it into the oven for about 30 minutes or until the sides are bubbly and the breadcrumbs are toasted.
