Frozen Mixed Vegetable Casserole

Frozen mixed vegetable casserole is made with mixed vegetables baked in a creamy, cheesy sauce and topped with seasoned breadcrumbs for a delicious, crowd pleasing side dish.

Ingredients
  

  • 32 oz Frozen Mixed Vegetables, thawed
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese
  • ½ cup Butter, melted
  • 1 cup Italian Seasoned Breadcrumbs
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 1 tbs Garlic Powder

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
  • In a large bowl, add the vegetables, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese and season it with salt, pepper and garlic powder and mix everything together until it’s evenly combined.
  • Add the vegetable mixture to a 9 x 13” baking dish that’s been sprayed with cooking spray and spread it out until it’s smooth and even.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs and butter and sprinkle the mixture over the vegetables.
  • Place it into the oven for about 30 minutes or until the sides are bubbly and the breadcrumbs are toasted.
  • Finally, let it cool slightly and enjoy.
