Garlic Parmesan Corn On The Cob

This easy to make garlic parmesan corn on the cob is made with just a few simple ingredients for a delicious side dish the whole family will love.

Ingredients
  

  • 6-8 Frozen Corn On The Cobs
  • 2 Sticks Butter
  • ¼-1/2 Cup Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce
  • ¼-1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 Tbs Parsley (optional)
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1-2 Tbs Garlic Powder

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°
  • In a large pot, boil the corn in water with 1 stick of butter for 5-7 minutes or until the kernels are soft.
  • Melt 1 stick of butter and pour it into a baking dish and add the corn.
  • Roll the corn into the butter and season it on all sides with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
  • Add the garlic parmesan sauce to the top each piece of corn and brush it into all sides.
  • Place the baking dish on the center rack of the oven for about 10 minutes.
  • Finally, add the freshly grated parmesan cheese onto the top of each one, garnish with parsley (optional), serve warm and enjoy.
