  • 1 Tbs Flour, for dusting
  • 12-15 Slices Deli Ham, sliced thin
  • 12-15 Slices Swiss Cheese, sliced thin
  • 4 Tbs Butter, melted
  • 1 Tbs Dijon Mustard
  • 2 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 Tbs Poppy Seeds

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°
  • Roll the pizza dough out into a rectangle shape on a lightly floured surface.
  • Lay the slices of ham down side by side and then lay the thinly sliced Swiss cheese down on top of the ham.
  • Jelly roll the dough up and place it seem side down onto a cutting board.
  • Using a serrated knife, slice the dough into 1.5-2” pinwheels and place them onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
  • Place them into the center rack of the oven for 15 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, stir together the melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce and poppy seeds.
  • Brush the mixture on top of the pinwheels and place them back into the oven for another 5-10 minutes or until the dough is cooked all the way through.
  • Finally, let them cool slightly, serve warm and enjoy!
