Hawaiian BBQ chicken flatbread pizza is a delicious, easy to make meal made by spreading BBQ sauce onto flatbread and baking it with cooked chicken, pineapple, red onion and cheese until crispy.
Spread the olive oil on top of the flatbread and place it onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Place the baking dish into the center rack of the oven for 5 minutes or until it slightly crisps up.
Spread ¼ cup BBQ onto the surface of the flatbread and sprinkle on 1 Cup of Colby Jack cheese.
In a small bowl, toss the cubed chicken in with the salt, pepper and garlic powder. Evenly distribute the chicken on top of the shredded cheese.
Sprinkle ¼ Cup of the cheese onto top of the chicken.
Evenly distribute the sliced red onion and pineapple chunks onto top of the chicken and cheese.
Drizzle the top with the rest of the BBQ sauce and place it onto the center rack of the oven for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
Sprinkle with the green onions. Serve warm and enjoy.
