In a large skillet over medium high heat, brown the ground beef and break it up into small pieces as it cooks. Drain the fat from the pan once the beef is cooked all the way through.
With the skillet off, stir in the Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, salt and pepper and shredded cheddar cheese until everything is evenly combined.
Slice the package of Hawaiian rolls horizontally and place the top half off to the side keeping the rolls intact. On the bottom portion of the Hawaiian rolls, add the American cheese slices side by side making sure the cheese covers the rolls completely.
Then, add the ground beef to the top of the cheese spreading it out evenly. Place more slices of American cheese covering the beef.
Add the top portion of the Hawaiian rolls. Melt the butter and brush it on top of the rolls and immediately sprinkle them with sesame seeds.
Finally, cover it with tin foil and bake at 350° for about 10-12 minutes or until the tops are golden brown. Cut into individual pieces, serve warm and enjoy.
