Ingredients

  • 10 lb Fully Cooked Spiral Sliced Ham
  • ½ cup Pineapple Juice (divided)
  • cup Honey
  • ½ cup Brown Sugar
  • ½ cup White Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Paprika
  • ½ teaspoon Ground Clove
  • ½ teaspoon All Spice

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 325°
  • Open the spiral ham packaging, trow away the glaze packet that it comes in, and place the ham flat side down into a large roasting pan.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together half of the pineapple juice and honey until it’s evenly combined and pour it over the ham.
  • Place the ham on the middle- low rack of the oven for 10 minutes per pound.
  • In a small bowl, stir together the brown sugar, white sugar, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, ground cloves and all spice.
  • Once the ham is done cooking, pour the juices from the bottom of the pan into a small sauce pan, add the rest of the pineapple juice and add half of the sugar seasoning mix.
  • Bring the liquid to a boil and whisk for about 2 minutes. Now, reduce the heat to low and let the sauce simmer for about 15 minutes.
  • Put the remaining sugar mixture all over the ham and be sure to get it inside all the little creases.
  • Turn the oven temperature up to 400° and place the ham back into the oven for about 10-15 minutes.
  • Now, pour the glaze evenly over the top of the ham. Let it cool slightly and enjoy.
