Hot Crab Dip
This easy to make hot crab dip is loaded with creamy, cheesy lump crab meat baked until golden brown and bubbly for the perfect crowd pleasing appetizer.

- 1 Pound Lump Crab Meat
- ½ Cup Mayonnaise
- ¼ Cup Sour Cream
- 8 Oz Cream Cheese (softened)
- 1 Cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 2 Tbs Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 Tbs Lemon Juice
- 3 Cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 Tbs Old Bay Seasoning
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 2 Tbs Scallions (and some for garnish)
- Crackers like Wheat Thins or Bagel Chips
Preheat the oven to 400°
First, add all of the ingredients into a large bowl reserving ¼ of the shredded cheese and some scallions for later.
Now, gently mix everything together. Try to keep the lump crab meat pieces as intact as possible.
Then, add the mixture to a baking dish or a small cast iron skillet.
Next, top it with the rest of the shredded cheese and bake for about 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the sides are hot and bubbly.
Finally, garnish with scallions and serve the dip with a nice sturdy cracker. Enjoy!
