Hot Dog Chili
Hot dog chili is the perfect, easy to make topping that will take your barbecue to the next level this summer.

- 2 Pounds Ground Beef
- 3 Cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 Tbs Yellow Mustard
- ¼ Cup Ketchup
- 1 Tbs Brown Sugar
- 3 Tbs Worcestershire Sauce
- 15 Oz Tomato Sauce
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 Tbs Chili Powder
- 1 Tbs Garlic Powder
In a large skillet, brown the ground beef and break it down into small pieces. Season it with salt, pepper, garlic powder, chili powder and cumin. Once the beef is browned, drain the fat if needed.
Add the yellow mustard, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup and brown sugar and stir everything together until everything is evenly combined.
Stir in the tomato sauce and turn the heat down to low. Let the sauce simmer for 5-10 minutes. Taste and re season the chili if needed.
Finally, spoon over hot dogs, add your favorite toppings and enjoy!
