Italian Combo Pasta Salad
Italian Combo Pasta Salad is the perfect summer side dish made with all the delicious flavors of your favorite sandwich combined with bowtie pasta in a creamy mayonnaise based dressing.

- 1 Pound Bow Tie Pasta, cooked in salted water and cooled
- ½-3/4 Cup Salami, diced
- ½-3/4 Cup Pepperoni, diced
- ½-3/4 Cup Ham, diced
- 8 Oz Fresh Mozzarella Pearls, drained from liquid
- ¼ Cup Red Onion, diced
- ½ Cup Banana Peppers, sliced
- 2 Tbs Olive Oil
- 1 Cup Parmesan Cheese, freshly grated
- Pepper to taste
- 1 Tbs Italian Seasoning
For The Dressing
- 1 ¼ Cup Mayonnaise
- 3 Tbs Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 Tbs Garlic Powder
- 1 Tbs Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 Tbs Italian Seasoning
- Salt and Pepper to taste
In a large bowl, add the cooked and cooled pasta, chopped salami, ham, pepperoni, mozzarella pearls, red onion and banana peppers.
Drizzle the top with olive oil and toss everything together.
Add the Parmesan cheese, black pepper and Italian seasoning. Stir it all together.
In a separate bowl, mix together the ingredients for the dressing and pour it over the pasta salad.
Finally, toss everything together until the pasta is evenly coated in the dressing. Garnish with fresh parsley (optional) and enjoy.
