Italian summer sammies are made with thinly sliced deli meat and a zesty Italian cream cheese spread that’s rolled up into a tortilla and cut into pinwheels for the perfect lunch at the beach or pool.
In a medium sized bowl, stir together the softened cream cheese, zesty Italian dressing packet, diced pickled hot peppers and diced roasted red peppers.
Evenly spread the mixture onto about 3-4 tortillas.
Evenly distribute the thinly sliced ham to each one leaving some room on the edge of the tortilla for the pinwheel to close once it’s rolled up.
Evenly distribute the salami slices on top of the ham.
Add the pepperoni slices evenly on top.
Roll each of the tortillas up tightly and lay them seem side down onto a cutting board.
