Jalapeno and Cranberry Cream Cheese Bites
Jalapeno and cranberry cream cheese bites are a sweet cranberry and cheese filling with a tiny bit of kick baked in crescent roll squares.

- 1 tube Pillsbury Crescent Roll Sheet
- 8 oz Cream Cheese, room temperature
- 1 tbs Jalapeno, diced small (or frozen and grated)
- 2 tbs Fresh Chives, chopped
- ¼ cup Dried Cranberries, diced small
Preheat the oven to 375°
In a medium sized bowl, add the cream cheese, cranberries, jalapeno and chives. Now, mix everything together until it’s evenly combined.
Roll out the Pillsbury Crescent Roll sheet onto a clean work surface and using a pizza cutter or sharp knife, cut six rows by four rows, making 24 even squares.
Place about one tablespoon of the cream cheese filling into the center of each one.
Pull the opposite sides of the filling over the filling and pinch them shut.
Place them on a parchment paper lined baking sheet on thr center rack of the oven for 11-13 minutes or until the crescent rolls are golden brown.
Finally, let them cool slightly and serve warm or room temperature. Enjoy!
