Ingredients

  • 1 Package of 12 Kings Hawaiian Rolls
  • ¼ Cup Butter, melted
  • 2 Cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Rosemary
  • ½ Cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 1 Pound Bacon, cooked
  • ½ White Onion, sliced
  • 1 Cup Iceberg Lettuce, shredded
  • 1 Large Tomato, sliced
  • 2 Tbs Red Wine Vinegar
  • 2 Tbs Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 Tbs Dried Oregano
  • 12 Pickle Chips
  • ¾ Cup Banana Pepper Rings
  • ½ Cup Mayonnaise
  • Cup Cherry Pepper Relish

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Keep the Kings Hawaiian rolls whole (do not slice yet). Mix the melted butter with minced garlic, rosemary, and a pinch of salt. Brush the mixture over the tops of the rolls. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan. Bake for about 10 minutes until golden and fragrant. Remove and let the bread cool. Once cooled, slice the rolls horizontally.
  • Layer crispy bacon on the bottom then add sliced onions, lettuce and tomato. Season the tomatoes with salt and pepper and drizzle them with red wine vinegar and olive oil. Sprinkle the top with oregano.
  • Add the banana peppers and pickles. Spread mayonnaise on the inside of the top layer of rolls and top with a thin layer of cherry pepper relish. Place the top back on, slice into individual portions, serve immediately and enjoy!
