Layered Greek dip is a super easy to make, crowd pleasing appetizer made with layered hummus, tzatziki and freshly chopped vegetables tossed in Mediterranean and olive oil then topped with feta cheese.
In a large bowl, add the tomatoes, garlic, cucumber, red onion, kalamata olives and bell pepper. Drizzle with olive oil, season it with salt, pepper, oregano and fresh dill. Toss to combine.
On a large plate, add the hummus and spread it out into a ¼” thick circle. Top it with the tzatziki sauce and spread it out over the hummus leaving a half inch of hummus showing around the sides.
Add the vegetables into the center of the tzatziki sauce. Spread them out leaving just a little tzatziki exposed around the sides. Sprinkle the with crumbled feta and drizzle with a little more olive oil. Serve and enjoy!
