1tbsOlive Oil
3clovesGarlic, minced
2cupsHeavy Cream
1largeLemon Juice and Zest
4ozCream Cheese, softened
1cupParmesan Cheese
Salt and Pepper
1tbsGarlic Powder
Parsley for Garnish, optional
Instructions
In a large lipped skillet, melt the butter and oil over medium high heat, and sauté the minced garlic for one minute.
Slowly pour in the heavy cream and season the sauce with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Stir it into the sauce.
Then, stir in the zest and juice of one lemon.
Stir in the softened cream cheese until it’s completely melted into the sauce.
Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until that’s melted into the sauce also.
Add a ladle of the pasta water and cooked pasta into the sauce. Toss the pasta into the sauce until it’s evenly coded. Serve warm, garnish with parsley (if desired) and enjoy!
