Loaded Tater Tot Cups
Loaded tater tot cups at the perfect, bite sized appetizer stuffed with cheddar cheeses, sour cream, bacon bits and chives.

- 48 Frozen Tater Tots
- ¼-1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese, hand shredded
- ¼ cup Sour Cream
- 2-3 tbs Bacon Bits
- 2-3 tbs Chives
Preheat the oven to 400°
First, spray the mini muffin tan with cooking spray and place two tater tots into each cup and place the them into the oven for 10 minutes.
Then, using your fingers or a shot glass, push the tater tots down into the mini muffin tin cups and up the sides.
Next, as the shredded cheese into each one and place them back into the oven for another 5 minutes.
Once they're done, add sour cream into the center of each cup.
Next, sprinkle them with some bacon bits and chives (optional)
Finally, let them cool slightly and carefully remove them from the mini muffin tin using a butter knife. Serve warm and enjoy!
