Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1 small Onion, minced
  • 6 slices American Cheese
  • Water
  • 1 tbs Beef Bullion
  • 2 tbs Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbs Brown Sugar
  • 1 tbs White Vinegar
  • 9 Dill Pickle Chips
  • 1 package Kings Hawaiian Rolls

Toppings

  • ¼ cup Butter, melted
  • 1 tbs Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Brown Sugar
  • 1 tbs Dijon Mustard

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°
  • First, cook the ground beef and minced onion together in a large skillet. Break the beef down into small pieces while it’s browning.
  • Then drain the fat and add the beef bullion, water, brown sugar, vinegar and Worcestershire sauce.
  • Now simmer that together over low heat until the liquid has cooked out.
  • Next, cut the Hawaiian rolls horizontally down the middle and evenly spread the ground beef mixture out over the top of the bottom half.
  • Now cover the ground beef with American cheese slices and a pickle chip. Try to position the pickle slices in the center of each burger bun.
  • Then mix together the melted butter, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce and Dijon mustard.
  • Next, put the top half of the Hawaiian rolls back on top and spread the butter mixture on top.
  • Finally, bake it covered for about 15 minutes or until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is melted. Serve warm and enjoy!
