Preheat the oven to 350°
First, cook the ground beef and minced onion together in a large skillet. Break the beef down into small pieces while it’s browning.
Then drain the fat and add the beef bullion, water, brown sugar, vinegar and Worcestershire sauce.
Now simmer that together over low heat until the liquid has cooked out.
Next, cut the Hawaiian rolls horizontally down the middle and evenly spread the ground beef mixture out over the top of the bottom half.
Now cover the ground beef with American cheese slices and a pickle chip. Try to position the pickle slices in the center of each burger bun.
Then mix together the melted butter, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce and Dijon mustard.
Next, put the top half of the Hawaiian rolls back on top and spread the butter mixture on top.
Finally, bake it covered for about 15 minutes or until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is melted. Serve warm and enjoy!
