Preheat the oven to 350°
Add brown the ground beef, chopped onion, garlic and bell pepper together in a large skillet over medium high heat.
Season it with salt, pepper and the garlic powder and drain any excess fat.
Add the tomato sauce and let that simmer for about 5-10 minutes.
Now, toss the cooked spaghetti into the Alfredo sauce. Try to add a little more sauce than you normally would so the pasta doesn’t dry out while baking.
Next, add the spaghetti Alfredo into a 9” x 13” baking dish and smooth it out so it’s flat and even.
Then, spoon the tomato sauce and beef mixture to the top and spread that out so it’s even as well.
Now, top the beef mixture with some Parmesan cheese and hand shredded mozzarella cheese.
Finally, bake it, uncovered, for about 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the sides are hot and bubbly. Let it cool slightly and enjoy!
