Mini Apple Pies
This mini apple pies are made with sliced apples and brown sugar baked in crescent roll dough topped with melted butter and chopped pecans.

- 1 can Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
- 8 Apple Slices (pre sliced or slice your own)
- ¼ cup Brown Sugar
- ¼ cup Butter, melted
- ¼ cup Pecans, chopped
Preheat the oven to 350
On a parchment paper lined baking sheet, separate the crescent rolls into triangles and lay them out flat.
Evenly sprinkle the brown sugar on to the surface of each one.
Roll each apple slice into the butter and place them onto the largest part of each of the triangles (keep the melted butter you have left).
Starting at the largest part where the apple is, roll the crescent rolls up.
Brush the tops with the remaining butter and sprinkle evenly with chopped pecans.
Place them into the oven for about 10-12 minutes or until the crescent rolls are cooked all the way through. Let them cool slightly and enjoy!
