Mini Cheesy Garlic Monkey Bread

This mini cheesy garlic monkey bread is a fun way to enjoy a traditional classic using premade biscuit dough covered in garlic butter and cheese then baked in a muffin tin until golden brown.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can Refrigerated Biscuits
  • ¼ cup Butter, melted
  • 2 tbs Fresh Parsley, chopped
  • 3-4 cloves Fresh Garlic, grated
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded or 4-5 cubed cheese sticks
  • 1 tbs Italian Seasoning
  • 1 tbs Garlic Powder
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°
  • First, cut each biscuit into about 8 little squares and add them to a large bowl.
  • Then, add the melted butter, grated garlic, fresh parsley, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning and mozzarella cheese.
  • Next, mix everything together until it’s nice and evenly combined.
  • Now, spray a muffin tin with cooking spray. Then, roll the biscuit mixture into small balls (about 6-8 cubes of biscuits each) and add them to the center of each muffin tin.
  • Next, bake them in the oven for about 10-13 minutes or until the biscuit dough is cooked all the way through.
  • Finally, sprinkle the tops with parmesan cheese, let them cool slightly and carefully remove them with a butter knife. Serve warm and enjoy!
