Preheat the oven to 375°
First, cut each biscuit into about 8 little squares and add them to a large bowl.
Then, add the melted butter, grated garlic, fresh parsley, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning and mozzarella cheese.
Next, mix everything together until it’s nice and evenly combined.
Now, spray a muffin tin with cooking spray. Then, roll the biscuit mixture into small balls (about 6-8 cubes of biscuits each) and add them to the center of each muffin tin.
Next, bake them in the oven for about 10-13 minutes or until the biscuit dough is cooked all the way through.
Finally, sprinkle the tops with parmesan cheese, let them cool slightly and carefully remove them with a butter knife. Serve warm and enjoy!
