Mini Chili Cheese Dogs
Mini chili cheese dogs are made using slider rolls and cocktail franks that are topped with homemade chili and shredded cheddar cheese for the ultimate summer party food.

- 1 Cup Homemade Hot Dog Chili or canned chili with no beans
- 12 Oz Sabrett Cocktail Franks
- 24 Count Kings Hawaiian Original Sweet Rolls
- 1 Cup Cheddar Cheese, hand shredded
Preheat the oven to 350°
Separate the Hawaiian rolls into individual pieces and slice them down the top center ¾ of the way through.
Boil the cocktail franks in water for 5 minutes and drain the. Place a cocktail frank into each of the slits in the buns.
Top each hotdog with an equal amount of chili and sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
Place them into the center rack of the oven for about 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
Serve warm and enjoy!
