These muffin tin cinnamon roll apple pies combine a can of cinnamon rolls with canned apple pie filling for a unique dessert the whole family will love.
1CanPillsbury Cinnamon RollsThis brand will come with the icing
20Oz CanApple Pie filling I used about half of the can
Cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees
Open the cinnamon roll package. Place the icing off to the side to use for later. Using your fingers, press down on the individual cinnamon rolls to flatten them out. Place each one into the muffin tin cups that have been sprayed with cooking spray. Push the cinnamon roll into the bottom and up the sides.
Place about 2 slices of the apple pie filling on top of each of the cinnamon rolls
Place them into the center rack of the oven for about 13-15 minutes or until the cinnamon rolls are slightly browned and cooked through.
Let them cool in the muffin tin for about 5 minutes and lightly sprinkle them with cinnamon (optional).
Microwave the glaze that came in the Pillsbury package for about 10 seconds or until its smooth. Pour the glaze all over the cinnamon roll apple pies and serve warm
