Oven Baked Bacon
This is the absolute best way make bacon. No splatter, you can make it in bulk and it comes out perfect every time.
Equipment
- Sheet Pan
- Parchment Paper
Ingredients
- 1 Pound Bacon
Instructions
- Lay the bacon down in a parchment paper lined baking sheet
- Bake in a 400° oven for about 15 minutes
- Drain on paper towels and serve warm

I may have over cooked this bacon in the video a bit, but you get the idea. If you’re not crazy about the idea of cooking the bacon in its own grease, place it on a wire rack.
