Party Potatoes
Party Potatoes are made with cheesy potatoes, sour cream and a crunchy cornflake topping for a crowd pleasing side dish the whole family will love.

- 1 pound Frozen Shredded Hashbrowns, defrosted
- 2 cups Cheddar Cheese, hand shredded
- 10.5 oz can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 2 cups Sour Cream
- 2 cups Corn Flakes
- 4 tbs Butter, melted
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1 tbs Garlic Powder
Preheat the oven to 350°
First, in a large bowl, add the shredded hashbrowns, cheddar cheese, can of cream of chicken soup, and sour cream.
Season it with salt, pepper, and garlic powder and mix everything together until its evenly combined.
Add the mixture to a baking dish and smooth it out so that it’s flat and even.
In a small bowl, stir together the crushed corn flakes and melted butter and evenly sprinkle them on top of the potatoes.
Place it in the oven for 50–60 minutes or until the sides are hot and bubbly and the corn flakes are toasted. Finally, let it cool slightly and enjoy!
