1PoundRigatoni Pasta, cooked to al dente in salted water
32Oz JarMarinara/ Tomato Sauce
15OzAlfredo Sauce
½CupFontina Cheese, hand shredded
½CupRicotta Cheese, hand shredded
1 ½CupMozzarella Cheese, hand shredded
½CupPanko Breadcrumbs
4ClovesGarlic, minced
½CupParmesan Cheeese
Parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350
In a large bowl, stir together the marinara, Alfredo, ricotta and fontina cheese. Stir in the pasta until its evenly combined and add it to a greased 9 x 13" baking dish.
In a separate bowl, stir together the mozzarella cheese, breadcrumbs, Parmesan and minced garlic. Evenly spread the mixture on top.
Place it in the center rack of the oven for 30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the sides are bubbly. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes, garnish with parsley (optional) and enjoy!
