Instructions
First, in a large skillet, heat the oil and butter and add all the chopped vegetables and fresh garlic.
Then, season the vegetables with salt and pepper and sauté them over medium high heat, stirring frequently, until they are soft. This should take about 5-10 minutes.
Now, add the chicken broth and heavy cream. Season the sauce with salt, pepper, garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Let the sauce simmer for about 5 minutes.
Then add in the cooked pasta and toss everything together until it is evenly coated in the sauce. Reseason if needed.
Finally, transfer the pasta to a serving dish, garnish with fresh parsley and Parmesan cheese (optional). Serve warm and enjoy!
