Topping

  • ½ stick Butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 2 tbs Parsley
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°
  • Sauté the sliced peppers and onions in a little bit of oil and season the lightly with salt and pepper.
  • Add in the shaved steak and lightly season that with salt and pepper also.
  • Once this steak is cooked all the way through, add the butter and Worcestershire sauce and stir that into the steak for about two minutes
  • Stir in the cheese whiz until it’s evenly combined with the steak and turn the heat off while you prepare the slider buns.
  • Add the bottom half of the slider buns to a baking dish and place the provolone cheese on top.
  • Add the cooked onions, peppers, and steak on top of the provolone cheese and evenly spread it out.
  • Now, place the top of the buns on top of the steak.
  • Next, in a small bowl, stir together the melted butter, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and parsley.
  • Evenly spread the butter on top of the buns. Cover the baking dish with foil and place it in the oven for 10 minutes.
  • Remove the foil and let the slider buns cook for an additional 5 to 10 minutes. Check on it after five minutes to be sure it’s not getting too dark on top.
  • Finally, remove the baking dish from the oven, let the sliders, cool slightly. Serve warm and enjoy!
