Pioneer Sweet Cream Mini Pancakes

Pioneer sweet cream mini pancakes are a great way to serve breakfast to a crowd and are completely customizable, too.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°
  • First, in a large bowl, make the Pioneer pancake mix by following the directions on the back of the package and combining one package of dry mix with water.
  • Now, coat a mini muffin tin with cooking spray.
  • Then, using a cookie scooper or a spoon, fill each of the mini muffin tin holes with the pancake mix.
  • Now, add the chopped strawberries, blueberries, bananas, syrup, chocolate chips and bacon onto each individual pancake mix cups.
  • Next, using a toothpick, swirl the fillings into the pancake mix.
  • Then, place the mini muffin tin into the preheated oven for about 10 minutes or until the pancakes are cooked all the way through.
  • Now, let them cool slightly and carefully remove the mini pancakes from the muffin tin with a butter knife.
  • Finally, serve warm and with syrup. Enjoy!
