Spanakopita Dip

Spanakopita dip has as the flavors you love about the traditional Greek dish made in a crowd pleasing dip.

Ingredients
  

  • 15 oz Frozen Spinach, thawed and drained very well
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 medium Onion, chopped and sauteed until soft
  • 8 oz Feta, crumbled off the block
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, hand shredded
  • 1 Lemon, juiced
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 tbs Dry Dill
  • 1 tbs Garlic Powder
  • Pita Chips, for dipping

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°
  • In a large bowl, add the spinach, cream cheese, sauteed onions, feta cheese, lemon juice, dill, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Stir everything together until it’s evenly combined.
  • Place the mixture into a baking dish and smooth it out until it’s flat and even.
  • Sprinkle the top with the shredded mozzarella cheese.
  • Place it in the oven until the cheese is melted and the sides are hot and bubbly.
  • Let it cool slightly and serve with pita chips. Enjoy!
