Spanakopita Dip
Spanakopita dip has as the flavors you love about the traditional Greek dish made in a crowd pleasing dip.

- 15 oz Frozen Spinach, thawed and drained very well
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 medium Onion, chopped and sauteed until soft
- 8 oz Feta, crumbled off the block
- 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, hand shredded
- 1 Lemon, juiced
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1 tbs Dry Dill
- 1 tbs Garlic Powder
- Pita Chips, for dipping
Preheat the oven to 375°
In a large bowl, add the spinach, cream cheese, sauteed onions, feta cheese, lemon juice, dill, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Stir everything together until it’s evenly combined.
Place the mixture into a baking dish and smooth it out until it’s flat and even.
Sprinkle the top with the shredded mozzarella cheese.
Place it in the oven until the cheese is melted and the sides are hot and bubbly.
Let it cool slightly and serve with pita chips. Enjoy!
