Spicy Vodka Rigatoni 
Spicy vodka rigatoni is an easy to make spicy, creamy tomato sauce with a little bit of vodka coated in rigatoni pasta for a dinner everyone will love.

1  medium  Onion, diced 3  cloves  Garlic, minced 1  tbs  Olive Oil 1  tbs  Red Pepper Flakes (add more for more heat) 1  tbs  Italian Seasoning 6  ounces  Tomato Paste ¼  cup  Titos Vodka 1  cup  Heavy Cream ½  cup  Parmesan Cheese 2  tbs  Butter Salt and Pepper to taste 1  tbs  Garlic Powder 1  pound  Rigatoni Pasta 1  ladle  Pasta Water  
In a large skillet, heat the oil and sauté the onion and garlic until soft. 
Lightly season it with salt and add the hot pepper flakes and Italian seasoning. Let them simmer together for about 2 minutes stirring frequently. 
Add the vodka and turn the heat up to medium high. Stir it into the seasoned onion and garlic and let the vodka gently boil for about 2 minutes. 
Stir in the tomato paste and then the heavy cream, 
Season the sauce with salt, black pepper and garlic powder and add the butter. Let it cook for about 5 minutes. 
Stir in the pasta water and cookedrigatoni pasta. 
Add the Parmesan cheese and toss everything together until the pasta is evenly coated in the sauce. Finally, serve warm and enjoy!
