Sunday Morning Breakfast Casserole

Sunday morning breakfast casserole is made with canned biscuits, breakfast sausage, eggs and shredded cheese that’s baked until hot and bubbly for the ultimate weekend meal.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tube Canned Biscuits
  • 1 pound Breakfast Sausage, cooked and crumbled
  • 1.5 cups Cheddar Cheese, hand shredded
  • 8 large Eggs
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Parsley for garnish, optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°
  • Grease a 9x 13” baking dish and add the biscuits to the bottom so they are laying side by side. Using your fingers, press them down so that they are covering the bottom.
  • Add the cooked and crumbled breakfast sausage evenly on top of the biscuits.
  • Next, add a layer of shredded cheddar cheese.
  • In a medium sized bowl, beat the eggs together with a salt and pepper and pour them on top of the cheese, sausage and biscuits.
  • Place it into the oven for about 30 minutes or until the eggs are cooked all the way through.
  • Let it cool slightly, garnish with parsley (if desired) and serve warm. Enjoy!
