The Best Buffalo Chicken Dip
The best buffalo chicken dip is made with shredded rotisserie chicken, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing and just a few other simple ingredients for a truly crowd pleasing appetizer.

- 1 Rotisserie Chicken, shredded
- 16 oz Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 ½ cups Cheddar Cheese, hand shredded
- 1 ½ cups Monterey Jack Cheese, hand shredded
- 1 cup Ranch Dressing
- 1 oz Dry Ranch Packet
- 1 cup Franks Red Hot Buffalo Wing Sauce
- ½ cup Green Onions, sliced
- Stacy’s Pita Chips & Celery, for dunking
Preheat the oven to 350°
In a large bowl, mix together the shredded rotisserie chicken and dry ranch packet.
Add the softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, 1 cup of shredded monterey jack cheese and ¼ cup sliced green onions.
Mix everything together until it’s evenly combined and add it to a baking dish.
Sprinkle the top with the rest of the shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese.
Place it into the center rack of the oven for about 25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the sides are hot and bubbly.
Let it cool slightly, garnish with sliced green onions and enjoy!
