The Best Buffalo Chicken Dip

The best buffalo chicken dip is made with shredded rotisserie chicken, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing and just a few other simple ingredients for a truly crowd pleasing appetizer.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Rotisserie Chicken, shredded
  • 16 oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 ½ cups Cheddar Cheese, hand shredded
  • 1 ½ cups Monterey Jack Cheese, hand shredded
  • 1 cup Ranch Dressing
  • 1 oz Dry Ranch Packet
  • 1 cup Franks Red Hot Buffalo Wing Sauce
  • ½ cup Green Onions, sliced
  • Stacy’s Pita Chips & Celery, for dunking

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°
  • In a large bowl, mix together the shredded rotisserie chicken and dry ranch packet.
  • Add the softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, 1 cup of shredded monterey jack cheese and ¼ cup sliced green onions.
  • Mix everything together until it’s evenly combined and add it to a baking dish.
  • Sprinkle the top with the rest of the shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese.
  • Place it into the center rack of the oven for about 25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the sides are hot and bubbly.
  • Let it cool slightly, garnish with sliced green onions and enjoy!
