2PoundsBoneless, Skinless Chicken Thighs, cut into 1"-2" pieces
⅓CupSoy Sauce
1teaspoonSesame Oil
1teaspoonGround Ginger
2TbsRice Vinegar
4ClovesGarlic, Chopped
⅓CupBrown Sugar
1TbsHoney
½CupWater
1teaspoonCornstarch
1TbsCanola Oil
Sesame Seeds for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Add the cut chicken to a large bowl and all of the other ingredients except the sesame seeds and canola oil. Give everything a big stir until all the ingredients are combined.
Cover the bowl and marinate it overnight. If thats not a possibility, let it marinate for at last two hours. When it's time to cook the chicken, drain it completely from the marinade.
In a large skillet, heat the canola oil over medium high heat and add the chicken. Cook the chicken for about 5-10 minutes or until its cooked all the way through.
Plate the chicken and add sesame seeds if desired. Serve warm and enjoy!
