First, add the steak to a food safe storage container.
Add the brown sugar, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, balsamic vinegar, fresh lemon juice, garlic powder, fresh garlic, olive oil and black pepper. Rub it all evenly into the steak.
Place it in the refrigerator, covered, to marinate for 2-24 hours.
Drain the marinade from the beef and cook as desired. Enjoy!
