Touchdown Dip
This delicious touchdown dip is made with ground sausage, Velveeta cheese, fire roasted Rotel tomatoes and chopped green chilis for a truly crowd pleaser appetizer.

- 1 lbs Ground Pork Sausage
- 16 oz Velveeta, cubed
- 20 oz can Rotel Fire Roasted Tomatoes
- 4 oz Diced Green Chilis
- 1 bag Tostitos Scoops
In a large cast iron skillet over medium high heat, brown the sausage while breaking it into small pieces and drain the fat.
Add the cans of Rotel and diced chiis. Stir everything together and let it simmer for 2 minutes.
Add the cubed Velveeta and stir it into the other ingredients. Turn the heat down to low and continue to stir until the Velveeta is completely melted and the dip is smooth.
Finally, serve warm and with tortilla chips. Enjoy!
