Turkey Tetrazzini

Turkey tetrazzini is a delicious comfort food recipe made with shredded turkey and cooked spaghetti baked in a creamy, cheesy sauce that the whole family will love.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound Spaghetti cooked to al dente
  • 2 10.5 oz cans Cream Of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1.5-2 cups Cooked and Shredded /cubed Turkey
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • Parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350
  • In a large bowl, add the cooked spaghetti, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, chicken broth, shredded turkey, and half of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Season it with salt, pepper and garlic powder and mix everything together until it’s evenly combined.
  • Place it into a 9 x 13” baking dish that’s been sprayed with cooking spray and spread it out until it’s flat and even.
  • Sprinkle the top with the rest of the Parmesan and mozzarella cheese.
  • Place it into the oven for about 25 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
  • Let it cool slightly, top with parsley (optional) and serve warm. Enjoy!
