Warm Pepper Jelly Dip
Warm pepper jelly dip is a delicious, crowd pleasing appetizer made by combining a blend of cheese and bacon bits baked and covered in sweet and spicy pepper jelly.

- 11 oz Pepper Jelly
- 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
- ½ cup Cheddar Cheese, hand shredded
- ½ cup Pepper Jack Cheese, hand shredded
- ¼ cup Bacon Bits
- Salt
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- Scallions (optional)
- Crackers for dipping
Preheat the oven to 325°
In a medium sized bowl, add the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, shredded pepper jack cheese, bacon bits and 2 tablespoons of the pepper jelly.
Season it with a little salt and garlic powder and stir everything together until it’s evenly combined.
Add the mixture to a pie plate or baking dish and spread it out so that it’s flat and even.
Place it into the oven for 10-15 minutes or just until the dip is warm.
Every spread the rest of the pepper jelly onto the top the dip.
Finally, top with scallions (optional) serve warm and enjoy.
