Warm Pepper Jelly Dip

Warm pepper jelly dip is a delicious, crowd pleasing appetizer made by combining a blend of cheese and bacon bits baked and covered in sweet and spicy pepper jelly.

Ingredients
  

  • 11 oz Pepper Jelly
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • ½ cup Cheddar Cheese, hand shredded
  • ½ cup Pepper Jack Cheese, hand shredded
  • ¼ cup Bacon Bits
  • Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • Scallions (optional)
  • Crackers for dipping

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 325°
  • In a medium sized bowl, add the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, shredded pepper jack cheese, bacon bits and 2 tablespoons of the pepper jelly.
  • Season it with a little salt and garlic powder and stir everything together until it’s evenly combined.
  • Add the mixture to a pie plate or baking dish and spread it out so that it’s flat and even.
  • Place it into the oven for 10-15 minutes or just until the dip is warm.
  • Every spread the rest of the pepper jelly onto the top the dip.
  • Finally, top with scallions (optional) serve warm and enjoy.
