It's unbelievable how incredibly easy and delicious these frozen roasted green beans are. There has never been an easier side dish recipe than this one and using frozen vegetables makes it super convenient, too. This recipe requires very little effort, but that's not even the best part. The best part is that these green beans are absolutely amazing.I've made these so many times for causal dinners at home and holidays, too.

Ingredients
Heres everything you'll need to make this super easy side dish. You can find the full ingredients list along with measurements and instructions on the recipe card below.
- Frozen Green Beans- The star of the show! These roast up beautifully for a savory side dish. I used Birdseye.
- Olive Oil- Helps the green beans roast evenly. I use Graza Olive Oil.
- Salt - Enhances the flavor of the green beans
- Pepper - Cuts the richness of the cheese
- Garlic Powder- Coats each green bean in a warm, garlicy flavor. I use Mccormick.
- Parmesan Cheese- Adds a salty, nutty flavor. I used Belgioiosio.
Instructions
Heres how to make these delicious green beans. You can find the full ingredients list along with instructions on the recipe card below.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
First, add the green beans to a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Then, drizzle them with the olive oil and season with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Now, mix everything together until the green beans are evenly coated.
NOTE: No need to thaw the green beans. You can add them to the baking dish frozen.

Next, place them into the center rack of the oven for about 35 minutes. Now, add the Parmesan cheese and toss it into the roasted green beans. Finally, let them cool slightly and enjoy.
PRO TIP: We're using very few ingredients here so each one really counts. Try to use freshly grated parmesan cheese if you can.

Can These Be Made In The Air Fryer?
Yes, this recipe can absolutely be made in the air fryer. Just place the frozen green beans in the air frier basket and lightly spray them with cooking spray. Season them with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Air fry them at 400 degrees for about 10-12 minutes shaking the basket half way. Toss is parmesan cheese and enjoy!
What Can I Serve These With?
This side dish is wonderful because it can be served with just about anything from a casual dinner at home to a holiday meal. We like to make this with simple dinners like Garlic Butter Chicken Drumsticks and Stovetop Stuffing Meatloaf.
Storage
Let the green beans cool completely and place them into an air tight container. They will last in the fridge for up to three days. This recipe freezes well, too. Just place them into a freezer sage air tight container and they will last for up to three months.

I have made these green beans for about six months and they bring me so much joy. I can have them as a side dish with my food or if I’m feeling hungry at night I can even have them as a snack.

I was very pleased with the way these turned out. I sprinkled sesame seed on top and no parmason cheese ( because I forgot the parm!!) They were still good though I think the cheese would definitely give a good flavor!

I have some frozen green beans that I didn't know what to do with, and this recipe looks like just the thing!
Two questions:
How many servings in this recipe?
And how about substituting minced shallots for the garlic?

Thanks so much!!
