Blueberry Cinnamon Roll Casserole

Blueberry cinnamon roll casserole is made using canned cinnamon rolls, blueberries, icing and just a few other simple ingredients for the perfect breakfast, dessert or snack.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 pakages Cinnamon Rolls (with icing set aside)
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 4 Eggs
  • ½ cup Milk
  • 1 tbs Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°
  • First, open the cinnamon rolls and set the icing aside. Using a sharp knife, carefully cut the cinnamon rolls into quarters.
  • Then, add them to a baking dish and spread them out so the pieces are even and somewhat level.
  • Next, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla and cinnamon and pour the egg mixture over the cinnamon rolls.
  • Then, rinse and dry the blueberries and sprinkle them evenly on top of the cinnamon rolls and egg mixture.
  • Now bake the casserole, uncovered, for 40-45 minutes.
  • Next, warm the icing in the microwave as per the directions on the cinnamon roll package and pour them over the casserole.
  • Finally, let the casserole cool slightly and enjoy!
