Blueberry Cinnamon Roll Casserole
Blueberry cinnamon roll casserole is made using canned cinnamon rolls, blueberries, icing and just a few other simple ingredients for the perfect breakfast, dessert or snack.

- 2 pakages Cinnamon Rolls (with icing set aside)
- 1 cup Blueberries
- 4 Eggs
- ½ cup Milk
- 1 tbs Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
Preheat the oven to 350°
First, open the cinnamon rolls and set the icing aside. Using a sharp knife, carefully cut the cinnamon rolls into quarters.
Then, add them to a baking dish and spread them out so the pieces are even and somewhat level.
Next, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla and cinnamon and pour the egg mixture over the cinnamon rolls.
Then, rinse and dry the blueberries and sprinkle them evenly on top of the cinnamon rolls and egg mixture.
Now bake the casserole, uncovered, for 40-45 minutes.
Next, warm the icing in the microwave as per the directions on the cinnamon roll package and pour them over the casserole.
Finally, let the casserole cool slightly and enjoy!
