Buffalo Chicken Flatbread Pizza

Buffalo chicken flatbread pizza a quick and easy meal made with rotisserie chicken, creamy blue cheese and tangy buffalo sauce served on a crispy flatbread.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Flatbread (I used Stonefire)
  • 1 Tbs Olive Oil
  • ¼ Cup Frank's Buffalo Sauce
  • 1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese, hand shredded
  • ¾ Cup Rotisserie Chicken, shredded
  • ½ Cup Marie's Blue Cheese Dressing
  • 2-3 Tbs Green Onions, chopped
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°
  • Lightly brush the olive oil over the surface of the flatbread and place it in the oven for 5 minutes to crisp up slightly.
  • Brush a thin layer of buffalo sauce over the top of the flatbread followed by a layer of mozzarella cheese.
  • Evenly spread out the shredded chicken over the cheese and season it with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
  • Add a few dollops of blue cheese evenly spread out and gently smear it into the pizza using the back of a spoon.
  • Place it into the oven for about 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the sides are crispy.
  • Garnish with a little drizzle of buffalo sauce and sliced green onions. Serve warm and enjoy!
