Marie's Blue Cheese Dressing

Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°
Lightly brush the olive oil over the surface of the flatbread and place it in the oven for 5 minutes to crisp up slightly.
Brush a thin layer of buffalo sauce over the top of the flatbread followed by a layer of mozzarella cheese.
Evenly spread out the shredded chicken over the cheese and season it with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Add a few dollops of blue cheese evenly spread out and gently smear it into the pizza using the back of a spoon.
Place it into the oven for about 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the sides are crispy.
Garnish with a little drizzle of buffalo sauce and sliced green onions. Serve warm and enjoy!
