Ingredients
  

  • 2 Large Chicken Breast (cut horizontally in half for 4 pieces total)
  • 5 Slices Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 Cup Sour Cream
  • 1 Cup Parmesan Cheese, grated (divided)
  • 2 teaspoon Garlic Powder (divided)
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F
  • Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and 1 teaspoon of garlic powder and place it side by side in a greased 9 x 13" baking dish. Add slices of mozzarella cheese directly on top of each piece of chicken.
  • In a bowl, mix together the sour cream, ½ cup of grated Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until fully combined. Spread the sour cream mixture evenly over the mozzarella topped chicken and sprinkle ½ cup Parmesan cheese over the top.
  • Place it into the center rack of the oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until the chicken is cooked through and the top is hot and bubbly with a light golden. Let it rest for 5 minutes, garnish with parsley and enjoy!
