This Cheesy Sour Cream Chicken is made with tender seasoned chicken breasts baked under melty mozzarella and a creamy, garlicky sour cream and Parmesan topping until bubbly and golden.

1CupSour Cream
1CupParmesan Cheese, grated (divided)
2teaspoonGarlic Powder (divided)
1teaspoonOnion Powder
1teaspoonSalt and Pepper, to taste
1teaspoonItalian Seasoning
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F
Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and 1 teaspoon of garlic powder and place it side by side in a greased 9 x 13" baking dish. Add slices of mozzarella cheese directly on top of each piece of chicken.
In a bowl, mix together the sour cream, ½ cup of grated Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until fully combined. Spread the sour cream mixture evenly over the mozzarella topped chicken and sprinkle ½ cup Parmesan cheese over the top.
Place it into the center rack of the oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until the chicken is cooked through and the top is hot and bubbly with a light golden. Let it rest for 5 minutes, garnish with parsley and enjoy!
